This TV is a piece of Shit. I have the 32' LCD, it is one year old, and the power button on the top of the tv does not work, also today I had the pleasure of trying to turn the tv on. I hit the power button on the remote, and it just stays on the red light, and will not turn on. $1,000, for a piece of shit.

Editor's comment:
Thanks for the feedback John.
This is a great example for readers of the choice between a value brand vs an established brand.
Even though many of the LCD panels come from the same factory (e.g. Samsung), the ancillaries and software are not the same. So if you've ever wondered how you can justify the price difference between say a Sony, Panasonic or Samsung LCD TV and a value brand here's an example of how annoying lower quality can be.

John, I hope you get a reasonable resolution to your problem with your LCD TV. I think we'd like to hear how you go.
