Good News For Consumers - LCD TV Prices Likely To Continue To Fall

Elsewhere in this blog we mentioned the major new “7th Generation” LCD factories coming on stream from Samsung and LG Philips LCD.

This increase in production of LCD displays will continue the downwardprice pressure on LCD TVs - especially in the larger sizes.

It seems likely that the price curve for LCD TVs will follow that of digital cameras. Anyone who has bought a digital camera in the last 2 years will know that whatever you bought you can now get the same thing for a lower price, or a much better camera for the same price.
